After stopping a gang leader who killed his girlfriend, Riki-Oh is sent to a maximum security prision. There he finds that prisioners are being abused by the ruthless warden and gang leaders. With his superhuman strength, he saves the prisioners and uncovers the secret that the prision is hiding!

This is part 1 of the OVA Riki-Oh: Wall of Hell, which was supposed to be released by Media Blasters (along with the second OVA, Riki-Oh: Child of Destruction) earlier this year. Due to copyright issues, that never happened. This version was subtitled by S. Baldric Productions.
